Membership in Keystone Trails Association is open to anyone interested in hiking or the outdoors. It is membership dues that allows KTA to carry out many of our programs and services for hikers in Pennsylvania. KTA offers an introductory first year membership rate of $15; dues in subsequent years are $25. Family memberships are also offered.

Able to spend a few dollars more in support of our goals? Consider membership as a Brush Cutter, Blaze Painter or Trail Builder! The trail maintenance program, grants and loans funds for our member clubs, and the Land Easement & Acquisition Fund (LEAF) are just some of the ways KTA directly sustains the Commonwealth's hiking trails. For example, LEAF money is intended for use in securing important trails lands, either through easements or outright purchase. When the future of a trail is endangered, LEAF is a vital resource in KTA's arsenal.

And speaking of the future, who is more important to that than the next generation of hikers? Our Youth membership ($5 per year) or Youth Organization Membership ($10 per year or $25 for three years for any group whose members are largely under the age of 18) are designed to enlist the kids in healthy and enriching outdoor fun.
