How to Apply
This trip is limited to 10 participants. First refusal is being granted to those who signed up for the 2026 trip. The remaining spots who will be selected by a lottery. To submit your name for the chance to purchase a spot on this trip, please complete the interest form before Sept. 24.
On Sept. 25, we will randomly select 10 forms from the interest submissions. Your roommate (if listed) is automatically included if you are selected. Those not selected will be notified that they have been added to a waiting list.
Those drawn will be asked to submit full applications and full payment (by check only) by Friday, October 2.
Failure to submit applications and/or deposits by the deadline, or a review of an application that finds that a person lacks hiking experience or may be a poor fit for the trip will forfeit that individual’s spot. Any deposit made will be refunded and a substitute name will be drawn from the waiting list.
