Traditionally, KTA has collected volunteer statistics from our trail clubs. Most clubs request this information from their members and volunteers when they work on the trail: how many miles of trail, number of volunteers on the work trip, and round trip driving miles to the trailhead. We encourage you to collect this data if not already, and you can submit your data here, via the form below.
You can fill out any or all of the fields; they are not all mandatory. We switched from hours traveled to miles, in line with DCNR's Conservation Volunteer reporting protocol. If you have hours, report those and make a note accordingly.
If you'd rather not use the form, or have any questions, contact KTA Manager of Trail Maintenance: Jenn Ulmer at [email protected] / 570-854-8316.
**Please note: if you're working on state forest or state park land, you should also be reporting to DCNR through the Conservation Volunteer portal.
**P.S.: In 2024, we switched from time driven to miles driven, to align with DCNR's Conservation Volunteer Program reporting parameters. You can submit time driven if that's what you have.
