What to expect
Join new and old friends as we band together to raise up trails in the Allegheny National Forest (ANF) on National Public Lands Day! Show the trails you love some love! Learn a new skill and surprise yourself with unforeseen capabilities- there's a job for everyone. There is a job for every skill level and ability. More details on trail work are outlined below.

Friday Night Camporee and Catered Dinner
You can camp with us for free at the Loleta Recreational Area in the Allegheny National Forest. We have campsites reserved for Friday, September 26th & Saturday, September 27th. Keystone Trails Association will be providing a free catered dinner to kickoff the weekend. We'll also have a campfire, and smores!

Saturday Trail Work
Meet at the Loleta Recreational Area in the ANF (info below) for a free breakfast between 7:30-8:30. We'll check you in and give you your T-shirt. Following a short safety talk and introduction to our partners, we'll head out on the trails. Be sure to grab your bagged lunch on your way out.

Pittsburgh Shuttle
Catch a free ride from the Pittsburgh area in the afternoon of Friday, September 26th. Shuttle will return after volunteer activies on Saturday afternoon. Pickup location will be annouced soon.

KTA Gear Loaner Program
Need a few items for the weekend? Check out KTA's Gear Loaner Program here. Reservations are first come first serve and must be made by September 19, 2025.

Who should attend this event?
Anyone who enjoys giving back to PA's hiking trails through trail maintenance, as well as those with no trail work experience but are willing to give it a shot. We offer "on-the-trail" training! You do not need to be a member of KTA or any of our partner groups to join us. In fact, this is a great opportunity to see what we're all about and make a few new friends.

**Sign up by September 2nd to be guaranteed a T-shirt!**
