Thursday, July 21
3:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Susquehanna Outfitters, 333 S Front St. Wormleysburg, PA 17043

Join Brook and Casey from KTA to explore a six-mile portion of the Susquehanna River Water Trail from Fort Hunter to Wormleysburg via canoes and kayaks. The water trail is a 52-mile paddling route connecting 22 island campsites. This National Recreation Trail is part of a network of separate water trails spanning hundreds of miles of the Susquehanna River. The expedition includes a dinner stop at one of the designated island campsites.

Participants must have some paddling experience and will have the choice of using kayaks or canoes provided by Susquehanna Outfitters or bringing their own. Registration fees include boat rentals, paddles, lifejackets, a personal copy of the Susquehanna River Water Trail map and guide, and shuttle service to the launch site. Participants should pack water and bring their own picnic dinner.
